School Boards: guide to the legislation
Short title, commencement and extent | 24. (1) This Act may be cited as the School Boards (Scotland) Act 1988. (2) This Act, except this section, shall come into force on such dates as the Secretary of State may by order made by statutory instrument appoint, and different dates may be so appointed for different purposes. (3) This Act extends to Scotland only. |
