OBJECTIVE - Delay will be minimised between the reporter's decision that a hearing is necessary and the hearing taking place

STANDARD - Hearings will be scheduled within a maximum of 20 working days of the reporter's decision

TARGET - 90% of hearings will be scheduled within a maximum of 20 working days of the reporter's decision
