Annex 2: Requirements for final submissions

Detailed proposals should reflect discussions with the Scottish Executive following submissions at the outline stage. Local authorities should address the following issues in their final submissions which should be received by 30 November 2003.

Requirements on strategic and community involvement issues

Set out how proposals fit into anti-social behaviour framework (and provide copy of framework/strategy)

Set out how proposals fit into Neighbourhood Compact (and provide copy of compact)

Set out how scheme links to other relevant Scottish Executive funded initiatives (see Annex 6)

Key outcomes and arrangements for monitoring and evaluation (including confirmation that baseline data on the mandatory indicators selected will be available)

Requirements on Community Wardens

Details of proposed schemes

Management arrangements

Proposals for training/recruitment

Progress in developing local protocols with the police (see Annex 4)

Requirements on community-based measures to combat Anti-Social Behaviour

Detailed outline of what is being proposed
