THE RESEARCH TEAM

Dr Fiona Mackay is Lecturer in the Department of Politics and Research Co-ordinator of Unit for the Study of Government in Scotland, both at the University of Edinburgh.

Kate Bilton is a recent University of Edinburgh graduate and is currently working as a researcher in the Department of Politics. She is planning to undertake postgraduate study into mainstreaming in theory and practice.
