All members of the group gave their time voluntarily. However, there were costs involved in both preparing and producing this report, as shown below. Actual costs are as at 31 March 2002, with subsequent expenditure (such as printing) included as estimates.

Parents' and Health Professional Groups | As part of the process of consultation, the Expert Group established a Parents' Reference Group to inform deliberations of the Expert Group by identifying priority issues relevant to its remit and providing constructive comment on the draft report.
