A standard questionnaire was sent to developers / occupiers. This was not meant to be prescriptive but aimed to provide a basis for discussion. The points and questions raised in the questionnaire are shown below.

2.4 Will you have a green transport plan or have / will you make any capital / revenue investments in transport as part of this development?
2.5 What will be the normal working hours, for example is there to be shift work?
2.6 Where will the labour market / catchment area be for this development?
2.7 What is your perception of public transport provision for this development?
2.8 What percentage of staff do you expect to use car, public transport, walk, cycle, etc. to access the development? How will this differ for customers / visitors?
2.9 Do you feel that parking is restricted at this site?
2.10 Will you have to adapt your work practices to suit any restricted parking provision? If yes, in what way
2.11 Will you be disadvantaged in anyway due to parking provision in the area?
