The research team would like to record sincere thanks to all those practitioners representing various agencies who willingly gave their time to be interviewed, to complete questionnaires, and to provide comment and advice. Many of our respondents went to considerable lengths to help by pursuing leads and helping to track down examples of good practice or relevant documents. We also acknowledge the help of the young people who participated so enthusiastically in focus group meetings or individual interviews.
