Welcome
WELCOME TO the second issue of the Scottish Executive's newsletter for older people. Thanks to all of you who sent us your comments - 'very interesting and informative', 'a good way to exchange and receive information', 'why is it all to do with frailty and illness?' We hope you like this bigger issue which focuses more on active ageing. Please continue to let us have your comments.
COMPETITION RESULT
IN THE first issue, we ran a competition to name the newsletter. The winner was Ron Scrimgeour from Forfar who suggested Agenda. Congratulations to Mr Scrimgeour who wins 50. Honourable mentions should also go to Marjorie Quigley from Glasgow and John Myles from Buckie for 'Mature Matters' and 'The Middle Age Spread'.
