Website is a winner

The Scottish Government's main corporate website has won a WebAward in the 12th annual Web Marketing Association competition.
The Government Standard of Excellence was awarded after the site was judged to be consistently above the industry average for seven criteria - design, innovation, content, technology, interactivity, copywriting and ease of use.
Websites from all parts of the world are eligible for the awards.
The judges commented:
"Great effort and attempt to put a website like this into some kind of order. Hope this site continues to improve and mature."
"A sense of gravitas in a government website is a good thing. For as much information that there is, they have done a good job of organising it well and including as much as they do. I really like this site - well done."
