Ministerial appointments

Due to the election period, a number of routine Ministerial appointments were delayed.
The Office of the Commissioner for Public Appointments in Scotland has been consulted in accordance with the Commissioner's Code of Practice and has agreed to short-term extensions to the existing appointments listed below.
This arrangement will allow early action to be taken to secure replacements for these appointees in accordance with the Code of Practice while at the same time avoiding unnecessary vacancies.
