KPMG report on Scottish Enterprise

The report by accountants KPMG into the financial situation at Scottish Enterprise has been completed.
It was commissioned by Deputy First Minister and Enterprise Minister Nicol Stephen to look at the state of Scottish Enterprise's budget for 2005-06.
The report addresses there topics:
- an assessment of management's estimate of the 05-06 out-turn
- an assessment of Scottish Enterprise's financial reporting and controls
- recommendations as to how the internal financial reporting and controls could be improved
