Extensification payments scheme 2004

The fifth check date under the standard scheme option of
the Extensification Payment Scheme (EPS) 2004 was announced
today.
The date, which covers the period September to October
2004 and has been randomly selected, is
September 12, 2004.
The fourth check date (August 9, 2004), covering the
period July to August, was announced in September.
The sixth check date will fall during November to
December and will be announced in January 2005.
Claimants should have by now received the second
declaration letter. The third will issue in late
November.
As an alternative to submitting a paper declaration,
claimants with internet access can submit their details
electronically using SEERAD Online.
