Extensification Payment Scheme check dates

The Scottish Executive Environment and Rural Affairs
Department has announced the fifth of six check dates under the
Standard Scheme option of the Extensification Payment Scheme
2002.
The date, covering the period September to October, which
has been randomly selected, is 25 October 2002.
The fourth check date (1 July 2002), covering the period
July to August 2002, was announced in September. The sixth
check date will fall during November to December and will be
randomly selected and announced in January 2002.
Claimants should have by now received the second declaration
letter. The third will issue in late November.
As an alternative to submitting a paper declaration,
claimants may complete and send them electronically to SEERAD
if they have access to the Internet. For further information
and details on how to access the electronic system please see
www.scotland.gov.uk/agri or contact your SEERAD Area Office who can also answer any
general enquiries regarding the Scheme.
