Breastfeeding Awareness Week - new web site to inform Scots mums

Scottish mothers and others with an interest in breastfeeding will now be able to access practical information on The Internet through their own dedicated Scottish web-site.
The site is called 'Breastfeeding in Scotland' and is on the Scottish Health on the Web (SHOW) site. It can be accessed at:
www.show.scot.nhs.uk/bf/
With backing from The Scottish Office, the Scottish Breastfeeding Group has developed a comprehensive information resource to spread the health benefits of breastfeeding. Scotland is to be the first country in Europe to publish such information on the web.
The site includes research, statistics, good practice, resources and sources of support. The website will be useful to anyone looking to further their knowledge on the issue, and will be 'hotlinked' to other information about breastfeeding worldwide.
