The FM was faced with questions from young people on sectarianism, antisocial behaviour and the future of education among other subjects.

The FM said:

"I want to see more young people engaged in the issues that affect them and Scotland as a whole. I want to encourage them to question and influence their First Minister.

"That is why I am really looking forward to the Ask Jack event next week. Young people in Glasgow love their city.

"They are passionate about improving their lives and the lives of others and, most importantly, they are more than happy to stand up for what they believe in. I know that I will be in for a challenging, but enjoyable time."
