- Will issue a consultation paper seeking the view of stakeholders about the Government's policy to replace the current system of student loans with a fair and affordable system of means-tested grants. This will include seeking stakeholders' views on measures to tackle graduate debt
- Will set out the details of a new Skills Strategy to put success within reach of more and more Scots
- Develop positive policies to improve outcomes for vulnerable families, children and young people at risk and families needing support
