Christina Allon was appointed a Non-Executive Director in 2010.
She retired from her role as Director of Careers Scotland in the Scottish Enterprise area in 2007 and is currently a Board and Audit Committee Member of Bord na Gaidhlig. She has 30 years experience of translating Government policy into operational practice; of engaging with a wide variety of national and local stakeholders; and of governance, risk and performance management issues within the public sector. She brings extensive experience of leading major and complex change management projects, including the merger of more than 60 organisations into a new single national entity, and the implementation of Information and Communications Technology infrastructure solutions.
