The two links provide a computerised log for each of the 23 vehicles currently used by the Government Car Service Scotland (GCS). Each log includes the date of the invoice (not the date of service/repair), the odometer reading of when the service/repair was completed, the cost, and details of the work carried out. These logs do not include any vehicle used by GCS that was sold over the period requested, as all records and paperwork relating to these vehicles was erased/destroyed at the point of disposal.
For reasons of security and personal safety car registration numbers have been removed from each of the logs. These numbers have been replaced with car number one through to car number twenty three.
