Details of the type of expenses and the respective limits that can be claimed by Civil Servants working in the Scottish Executive whose posts are relocated under Scottish Ministers Relocation Programme are attached for your information. These 2 booklets are accessible to Scottish Executive employees on the Executive's intranet system. In addition for employees who relocate with their posts but do not wish to permanently move home nearer to their new office location they can claim house rental up to a limit of £710 per month. The sum payable however is dependant on the employee letting the Executive have sight of a formal rental agreement provided by a landlord.
