The Executive keeps records of files which are created and destroyed rather than records of individual documents. An electronic search by the Executive's Records Management Branch has identified 1,243 files which contain the words "Holyrood" or "Scottish Parliament" in their title, of which 19 have been destroyed since June 1997 as a result of the regular reviews held in accordance with our policies and published guidance on Records Management. The table below lists the titles of these 19 files, together with the date on which they were destroyed. It is not of course possible to say which of these files - if any - may have contained documents relating specifically to the Holyrood Building Project.
