Stuart Foubister
Stuart has been head of the Food and Environment Division of SGLD since the beginning of 2008. He has been a government lawyer since 1985. His Division provides legal advice to the Food Standards Agency and DG Environment on areas such as climate change, air and water quality, environmental legislation, marine issues, Strategic Environmental Assessments, waste management, pollution prevention and control, water and sewerage services and flooding.
