The HR Shared Service Centre is responsible for all HR transactional administration, including:

  • Administration for staffing, pensions, recruitment and training
  • Payroll processing
  • Policy advice and guidance

In addition, the HR Shared Service Centre also provides Professional Advisory case-management expertise and support for performance management, absence, discipline, grievance and dignity at work, recruitment and assessment centres.
